Welcome to the WTA website!
The WTA is an association consisting of Willard Towers tenants. The Association’s Board represents the interest of residents, serves as a channel of communication between management and tenants, and engages in a variety of activities to foster community.
On behalf of our residents, the WTA Board:
Advocates for tenants' rights and reports landlord violations—such as unauthorized pet fees, charges not listed in your lease, or other improperly omitted fees—to the appropriate authorities, including the Montgomery County Office of Tenant and Landlord Affairs (OTLA).
Meets regularly with building management to collaboratively identify and resolve issues that affect all tenants, including shared amenities such as grills, outdoor furniture, elevators, and more.
Works collaboratively with management to foster a culture of shared community responsibility and observation of building rules
The WTA Board does NOT:
Negotiate with management on behalf of individual tenants
Undertake litigation or provide legal advice
